On arrival at Gatwick Airport, can you meet us as we come through Arrivals?
Yes of course, this is called 'meet and greet', your driver will be waiting with your name visable as you come through the arrival doors and give you a hand with the luggage to the car.
Will meet and greet cost any more?
As a service, no, but you will be expected to pay the short term car park fee which is about £3/4 for up to an hour.
Can we meet you outside, save paying the car park fee?
If you are frequent flyer and have done this before, then yes. Please let the operator know to dicuss point of pick-up.
What if my flight is delayed on arrival, will it cost more and will you be there?
Of course we will be there for you and no, it won't cost any more. We will keep tabs of your flight arrival time our web site and be there whether it comes in early or late.
Should I turn my phone on when I land?
Yes please, it can be helpful for both of us. The driver will usually give you a courtesy call when you are in the baggage hall just for peace of mind.
I have two children of different ages, can you supply the correct child seats?
Yes, we have child seats available for all different ages which will be fitted in the back seat at no extra cost.
How many people and luggage can you carry?
We have cars, people carriers and 8 / 16 seater mini buses, please let us know in advance the size of your party.

Do you accept card payment?
Yes, you may pay by card over the phone in advance or pay the driver in pounds sterling.
